Researcher in molecular bacteriology - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

At SVA micriobiological research and diagnostics with reference laboratory functions are conducted and we are serching for a PhD scientist, experienced  in molecular biology and bacteriology. We put emphasy on team work and personal suitability for the tasks, that you are quality minded, take initiatives and is a good communicator.

Tasks

To be an expert and resource for research projects in molecular bacteriology, including Campylobacter. To develop knowledge through reseach grant applications, govermental projects and collaboration, in addition to working with reference laboratory functions such as standadisations and competence testing with the EURL Campylobacter.

Qualifications

You have a veterinary or other biomedical or biological degree with a PhD in a relevant area with several years of experience of bacteriological research with excellent knowledge in molecular biology and a good publishing record. As a reseacher you should be especially skilled at working in scientific teams, to coordinate as well as independentaly plan your work.you have leadership skills and function well in team work. You should  Fluency in oral and written English is required as well as ability to work in Swedish  wihtin the near future.

Experience of bacteriological diagnostics, research about Campylobacter, other bacterial zoonoses and veterinary medicine are meritorious.
